  • Crochet Christmas Tree Pattern

Hi Everyone! Merry Christmas Eve! I love Christmas with the lights on the trees. I was looking for tree pattern to try and came across this Christmas tree advent calendar pattern by River Weaving. I didn’t have the time to make all the little ornaments, so I decided to make a line of lights using Repeat Crafter Me’s pattern for Christmas Tree Appliques. • Melanie Ham’s Bobble Stitch Toque Pattern

Hi Everyone! Happy Canada Day! I recently got a new desktop computer and am so impressed with the speed of it! Now I can do lots of stuff rather quickly, like finding new patterns to try  out, like Melanie Ham’s Slouchy Hat Pattern. I usually have trouble creating the proper slouch for a hat, but Melanie’s pattern was easy to follow and the hat I made created a slouch that was not too limp and fit perfectly. Here are some pictures of the finished product: View fullsize View fullsize I really like this smaller bobble for the hat and it was really fun to make. I added a couple more…

Happy Easter Cross Stitch Pattern (Free)

Hi Everyone! As you know I have learning to cross stitch recently and wanted to give making patterns a try. I found this website called Stitch Fiddle that allows you to create your own patterns and share them with others. It is mostly free, but if you want to have a little more options you can pay a small yearly fee for it. You can also create crochet and knitting patterns on it so I thought it was a great idea! For my second pattern I made an Easter themed cross stitch pattern. It is pretty simple since I am just starting out, but I think it is a nice…

  • Crochet Bunny Hat and Diaper Cover Free Pattern

Hi Everyone! It is almost the long weekend and time for Easter! I received some free fuzzy pink yarn recently and was wondering what I could make with it. Then I thought since it is almost Easter, I would make a bunny rabbit baby set with a hat and diaper cover. I thought it would be difficult to crochet with this yarn, but if you don’t have to undo it, it crochets like any other yarn. This is my first time designing a diaper cover pattern so there were some sections that I had to redo and adjust. I also adjusted the baby hat pattern for the bunny hat and…
