Crochet Mini Scarf Pattern – EASY Fall Garland

Hello!

Over the last couple of weeks I have been sharing miniature little fall items to create a fall garland. I have made an acorn and mini book pattern so far and this week I am sharing a pattern for a mini scarf! It is a very simple pattern and you don’t need that much yarn to make it. I am so happy with how all these miniature pieces are turning out!

Let’s get started!

Materials:

1.65 mm Hook
Lace Weight Yarn
Scissors
Tapestry Needle

Note: The numbers in the brackets represent the number of stitches in each row

Abbreviations

CH – Chain
SC – Single Crochet (DC in UK terms)
ST(s) – Stitch(es)
FO – Finish Off

Pattern:

CH 6.

Row 1: SC into 2nd CH from hook and till end. Turn. (5)

Row 2: CH 1. SC across. Change colour. Turn. (5)

Row 3 – 4: CH 1. SC across. Turn. (5)

Change colour at the end of row 4.

Repeat Rows 3 and 4 until you reach the desired length. Changing colour every two rows.

Mine has a total of 54 rows.

Optional tassels: Cut 10 pieces yarn about 2 inches in length. Attach 5 to each end and trim to desired length.

Sew scarf to desired look.

FO and weave in ends.
