• Trinity Stitch Crochet Baby Blanket

Hi Everyone! I recently finished this crochet baby blanket using Heather, from the Unraveled Mitten’s, pattern for the trinity stitch. I wanted to try a new stitch and googled some and thought Heather’s pattern was so pretty for the teal yarn I had. For the blanket I made, I casted on 150 chains as the pattern calls for chains in multiples of 2. Once you have completed the blanket to the length you would like, change the yarn to a contrasting colour and single crochet around the whole blanket. Once that is done, change the the yarn colour again and make an scalloped border. Materials5.00 mm (H) HookWorsted (4) Weight…

Hi Everyone! Today I want to share with you two patterns by Wooly Wonders Crochet. She has amazing patterns on her youtube channel and the written patterns are available for purchase in her Etsy store. Using two of her patterns I was able to crochet a cute pixie hat and cute onesie. Her detailed instructions helped me finish these projects quite quickly and I love how they turned out! I think these make wonderful last minute baby shower gifts since they are small and work up quickly. Here are the pictures of the finished products: Aren’t these adorable? I used some Lion Brand Fisherman’s Wool for these projects and love…

  • Crochet Call the Midwife Newborn Baby Blanket

Hi Everyone! It seems like everyone I know is having a baby so this week I want to share with you the Call the Midwife Newborn Baby Blanket Pattern that was designed by Rebecca of Little Monkey’s Crochet. Before I started this blanket I had never watched the TV show, but had always heard good things about it. I was definitely missing out because once I started watching it I couldn’t stop! I completed the blanket while watching the show and noticed it in many of the episodes of the show. This pattern is easy to follow and you can make it as long or wide as you want. I…

  • Crochet Newborn Baby Mittens Pattern

Hello Everyone! This week’s blog post will feature a crochet pattern for baby mittens that I made using Loops and Thread’s Charisma Baby yarn in Coral. They had the yarn for sale at Michael’s so I decided to get some in different shades of pink and variegatedyarn. I am also working on a baby diaper cover that I will post about in a later post. • Crochet Baby Santa/Elf Hat

Hi everyone! I have seen so many amazing crochet Christmas items online lately and it made me think of the crochet baby hat I made awhile ago. I have this holiday homespun yarn I bought when it was cheap after the holiday season. I like homespun yarn because I always finish projects really fast when I use it. This newborn baby Santa/Elf hat pattern is from Amber’s The Flighty Crafter Blog. It is an elf hat, but since I made it with red and added a white trim, I think it would work as a Santa hat as well 🙂 This pattern was easy to follow and it seems like…

  • Bi-Weekly Pattern Share

Hi everyone! This pattern share will include some items I am making at the moment so the pictures will be work in progress pictures 🙂 One project is a bag that may be a little too big, but I can fit my projects into. Another project I just finished two days ago, and the last one is a project that is taking me a really long time to finish, but I am happy with how it is turning out. This first pattern I want to share is a bag/purse pattern that I found at Make It Coats’ website. This rose bag is really simple, but looks great. I am using…
