“Chummy” from Call the Midwife Amigurumi Pattern

Hi Everyone!

Today I want to share with you Amy’s amigurumi pattern for Chummy from Call the Midwife! She uses cotton yarn to make this doll and it was really easy to work with. I usually use acrylic yarn to make amigurumis, but the cotton yarn was really smooth and the doll was worked up quickly. I used Bernat’s Handcrafters Cotton Yarn for this project. For the glasses I used some metal wire and my fingers to create the shape. I would recommend using thicker wire for the glasses since it is not that obvious with the thin wire I used.

Here are some pictures of this project:

Isn’t she adorable? I really love Chummy from the show and making her was a lot of fun. Amy’s pattern was also easy to follow. Head on over to her blog and make your own Chummy!

Thanks for stopping by my blog!
