Bi-Weekly Pattern Share
Hi Everyone!
I am sorry that I am a little late with this edition of the bi-weekly pattern share. Been busy finishing my retro circle blanket that I decided to make into a baby blanket. I have also been making other baby items that I will talk about in this post 🙂 Baby items are so fast to make and turn out so cute!
The first pattern I want to share is a baby bonnet that was a really quick project. I followed Myshelle’s pattern on her Mamma That Makes Blog. I used a bigger hook because I wanted to make the bonnet slightly bigger.
Here are my results:
Adorable! This would be perfect for a newborn baby set.
The second pattern I want to share is another baby item that I made into an outfit with the bonnet on my etsy page. I have seen many diaper patterns around and decided to finally make one. Once again it was a quick and easy to follow pattern. I found this pattern by looking at Sarah’s Repeat Crafter Me Mickey and Minnie Diaper Cover Blog Post. Her post had a link to Amber’s Flower Creations Blog where the diaper cover pattern is found. I finished the bonnet and diaper cover in a couple of hours and am pleased with how they came out.
Here are my results:
The final pattern I want to share in this post is a potholder/coaster pattern that I had a lot of fun making. I used Daina’s Contemporary Coaster pattern on her Ravelry page. I like the texture of the cotton yarn and the colour combination. The coaster is large enough to be a small potholder.
Here are my results:
I think this would make a great housewarming gift, along with some other crocheted items 🙂
Enjoy making some or all of these patterns! Thank you for visiting my blog!
See you next time!
Cheers,
Jessica
