Bi-Weekly Pattern Share
Hi Everyone!
It is time again to share some patterns that I have made recently and in the process of making. Baby items are so quick to make and are adorable when complete 🙂 I am excited to have completed these projects and can’t wait to make more!
The first pattern is the Angel Wings Pinafore pattern that I have been wanting to make for a really long time. It’s so cute and finally I made one! It is so easy to make and if you are able to read patterns fairly well you can make one yourself 🙂 The pattern is found on Bev’s Country Cottage Blog and I finished it really quickly. I just need to find someone with a baby to give it to now.
Here are my results:
Isn’t it adorable?
The second baby item I made recently are the rainbow baby booties from Sarah’s Repeat Crafter Me Blog. I didn’t want to change colours so I just made them with the same yellow yarn as the Angel Wing Pinafore. Sarah’s pattern was really easy to follow and I think I will give the booties and pinafore to someone as a baby shower gift 🙂
Here are my results:
You could also add non-slip patches to the bottom of the shoe for babies that are starter to walk 🙂
I have posted these on my etsy page if you would like a pair of your own without making them. You can find them here.
The final pattern I would like to share is a baby sweater that I found on ravelry. The pattern is by Julie and it’s found on the Crochet Me website. The Angel Wing Pinafore inspired me to make more baby clothes so I am attempting it now. I am making it in Christmas colours because I have had this Lion Brand Homespun yarn for a really long time now and wanted to finally use it for something.
Here are my current results:
I am a little confused with the next few steps, but I’ll figure it out and post the finished sweater. I am thinking of putting a green boarder to make it even more festive.
Those are the patterns for this week. Enjoy 🙂
Cheers,
Jessica
