Crocheted Flower Purse Pattern

Hi Everyone!

I am working on posting all my past projects. I have a lot of pictures to edit so its slow going, but I will eventually get them all up! :DI am always searching on Ravelry for patterns and I can spend hours and hours saving patterns that I might make one day :P. That is where I found the pattern for this crocheted purse.

I decided to make my niece a purse that she could put all her items in. I was looking for a simple pattern that a little girl would like. I changed a few details of the pattern, but the majority of it is the same thing. The Little Miss Two pattern by Sharon can be found here. Of course you must have a Ravelry account to view it. If you don’t have one get one! It has so many patterns and a lot of them are free 😀

For this pattern I made the straps longer since I wanted her to be able to wear it without having to keep remembering to grab hold of it. I also put in some lining on the inside and used Velcro so all her prized possessions don’t fall out :P. I didn’t make the flower exactly like the one that is in the pattern, but it is pretty similar. I also added a smiley face button just for fun :). I hope you enjoy making these for the little girls in your life 😀

Here are some pictures of the finished product:

Enjoy!
